Social Opportunities for Adults

To get involved with a group, contact the church office at 610-363-6264 for additional information.

Amigos- A loosely-coordinated group of "hands-on" people who take care of the church, and have a great time doing it. Open to everyone. Meet each week on Thursday at 8:30 a.m. in the Parsonage Kitchen. Click here to contact Don Mullings. Also, visit the Amigo's Page.

Banner Group- This group meets on a regular basis to craft creative new banners for the sanctuary.

Bridge- Enjoy casual games on the 4th Saturday each month (except December). Meet in member's homes on a rotating basis at 7:30 p.m. Click here to contact Louise Mullings.

Crafters- Meet with other crafty ladies every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in the Parsonage (3rd Floor). Crafts (such as baby blankets or Holiday candy) are made for service projects or to raise funds for various church groups. Click here to contact Shirley Diest.

In Touch Ministry- Member families are connected with their own In Touch minister keeping them a vital part of the St. Paul's family.

Koinonia - Small-group, monthly fellowship in members' homes once a month on a Sunday evening. Get to know St. Paul's members on a personal basis and grow in faith. Contact Mary Applegate or Diane Baker.

Men of Iniquity (a Counterpart to Women of Faith)- Men Of Iniquity was founded in 2002 as a male counterpart to the Women Of Faith group. MOI is named for the comic character Iniquity who often appeared in medieval morality plays. Our name is thus a testament to our unflagging appreciation of humor in any and all forms and stands as an offset to the often-indefatigable seriousness of the opposite gender.
Membership is available to any men of St. Paul’s who humorously pledge adherence to such ideas as:
  • Private Conversations are kept private
  • Salads and other healthy foods are forbidden at MOI functions
  • No guest speakers
  • Group hugs are frowned upon
  • Discussions of serious theological and church issues

Above all, Men Of Iniquity take seriously the spiritual dimension of life and the deep friendships that evolve when we accompany each other in our Christian search for meaning. At all times we strive for the very best of humor: that which is rooted in our deep affection and appreciation for the “Wives Of Iniquity”, the great love in our lives.
For information Click here to contact Tony Applegate.

Quilting Bee- Join in this sewing crowd 2-3 times each year. Quilts are donated to Lutheran World Relief. Call Wilma Alfieri.

St Paul's Players- This adult theater troupe has produced a summer show for over 20 years. Shows are usually lighthearted musicals, and have included "The Sound of Music". "Clue", "Nunsense", "Something's Afoot", and other crowd pleasing productions.

Women Of Faith- Women come together in the Lord's name for food, fun and fellowship. The group discusses a topic and socializes the 2nd Sunday of each month at 12:00 noon. Contact Diane Baker or Lori Burke. Visit the Women of Faith page for more information.
