Twelve laptops were donated to
the school computer labs in both
Wangaza and Lwandai.
Youth representatives,
Mary Elizabeth and Lora,

1,000,000 shillings (approximately $1,000)
was donated to the
Rainbow School for Autistic Children
from Vaction Bible School and Rejoicing Spirits.

Muheza Lutheran Parish service

Offerings consist of both
monetary contributions as well as
crops: lettuce, corn, chickens, eggs, oranges, etc.
After service, crops are auctioned off,
often going for well beyond the market value.

the truck stuck in the mud on the dirt road.





The Mashewa Sub-Parish. They build as they have money. Within the building of the sub-parish structure, under construction. A building with a building. Until funding becomes available, a substructure is constructed to act as the church building.

The Muheza Lutheran Parish Preschool The preschool children lined up outside. The children welcoming Pastor Mark in English. The children speak their village language at home, but then speak Swahili at school, and then learn English in primary school.
