Director of Youth & Family Ministries
Two vibrant Lutheran churches with a 4-year history of shared youth and family ministry seek a full-time Director of Youth & Family Ministries to take our partnership into its next chapter.
With many children and youth in the same schools and community, our congregations have invested in an innovative shared ministry model that provides a unique opportunity for the right leader to step in and bring their vision to this ministry. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and creativity to build on our established youth and middle school programs, ensure faith formation is at the heart of all we do, and invest in the spiritual development of our congregations’ youth and families. Our congregations have a rich history of investing in and nurturing the faith formation of young people, and both lead pastors have extensive experience in and respect for youth and family ministry. This position is Full-Time, with salary and benefits negotiable.
