Holy Week

Holy Week: Sunday, April 2 - Saturday, April 8
Easter: Sunday, April 9

We hope you can attend Holy Week worship services at St. Paul's and experience the full depth of God's love and power for your life!

Palm and Passion Services: Sunday, April 2, at 8:00 and 10:30 am

We will continue in our Lenten pilgrimage as we remember Jesus' joyous entry into Jerusalem to the celebration of Palms and "Hosanna". However, as the service continues, we will remember the hardships that Jesus endured and the dramatic events that unfolded as Jesus received a crown of thorns and heads to the cross.

Maundy Thursday Service: Thursday, April 6, at 7:30 pm

In the still quietness of the evening we remember how Jesus celebrated Holy Communion with his disciples and us. Additionally, we will remember how Jesus served his disciples by washing their feet and you will have the opportunity to serve others by washing their feet and having your feet washed. Then the service ends in silence as we prepare for the next day.

Good Friday Cantata and Tenebrae Service: Friday, April 7, at 7:30 pm

"We Remember Calvary" is a choral work that uses both traditional and contemporary hymns, worship songs, congregational singing, scripture reading and narration to paint a vivid and moving picture of Christ's last days and his journey to the cross. Come join us at St. Paul's as we near the end of our Lenten worship series, Following Jesus to the Cross, and reflect on his sacrifice.

Easter Services: Sunday, April 9, at 8:00 and 10:30 am

We celebrate the most important day in the entire church year, the day of Jesus' resurrection! As we remember God's power to roll away the stone we have the ultimate reminder of His love and salvation for us all!

An Easter Breakfast will be served between the services! Quiche, pancakes/French toast sticks, fruit, pastries, and more will be served. A free will offering will be available for those who want to donate to the building improvement fund (e.g. kitchen updates, parking lot repaving, and parsonage up keep). If you would like to help with set up, clean up, or serving, you can sign up here.

We look forward to seeing you during Holy Week and on Easter!
