Please keep your “Eagle Eyes” on the Bird’s Nest bulletin board for information about our May 8th luncheon. We’ll be the guests of Abram & Lydia Fisher at their Amish home in Ronks. Be sure to sign up! Space is limited. The youth attending the National Youth Gathering are sponsoring a paper shredding event from 8:00 am - 12:00 PM on 5/12. The shredder will be in the parking lot from 10:00 - 12:00, but early drop-off is available. Suggested donation: $10 per box. Questions? Contact Pete or Karen Bloodgood. Due to scheduling conflicts, we were unable to find room for BJS (Blue Jean Sunday) this Spring. Instead, we have set aside Saturday, May 12, (8am—12pm) as a planting day, when we’ll seek adult & youth volunteers to come out and plant the nearly 1,000 annual plants in various flowerbeds around the grounds. More news to come. Meanwhile, mark your calendars now for May 12th! READ ON... ANNOUNCEMENTS The Tea Party for "girls" of all ages has been postponed. Watch for the new date! A time to pray.
